SECURING YOUR APPOINTMENT, CANCELLATION, AND RESCHEDULING OF APPOINTMENTS
You need to put in your credit card information to secure an appointment. Nothing will be charged to hold the appointment but if you cancel with less than 48 hours without rescheduling your card will be charged $100
Please note I have a 48-hour (2 business days) cancellation and rescheduling policy. Your appointment must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours prior to your consultation time or you will be charged for the visit unless I am able to fill your appointment time. You may cancel or reschedule your appointment by calling my office at 262 312 9098.
